Con Nagle
Irish Estate Agent Services is the brainchild of Con Nagle.
Con is an estate agent with almost 30 years property experience. He is a director at Global Properties Ltd. (founded in 1972), where he joined full time in 1994. Con spent a number of years previously with Bank of Ireland.
Con has a Masters Degree in Economics which he received from UCC and is a Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and association of European Valuers (Tegova).

Selling Your Home
In 2007, Con wrote a book called “Selling Your Home, an Irish guide to selling your home”, which was published by O’Brien Press, and received considerable press at the time.
Con and Global have always been innovators. Most recently, Global were the first estate agents in Ireland to utilise 3D technology, and even had to persuade Daft.ie and myhome.ie to allow the technology on their platforms.
During the lockdown in early 2021 con personally sale agreed 15 homes in the first 16 weeks of the year, while estate agents were not allowed show homes, through the use of technology (14 of the 15 sales closed).
Irish Estate Agents are not taking full advantage of the commercial opportunities available to us.
These services range from property portal ownership to finance/mortgages, insurance, buildings engineer’s reports, drains tests, utility (Electric, gas, Broadband, refuse) broking, evolving property technology, furniture removal services, tenant/gadget insurance, property repairs and maintenance, conveyancing, Retrofit Ireland grants, etc.
The gambit of property related services have mushroomed, far beyond the sale and letting of residential and commercial property.
We estate agents, have a cherished position in the community. Buyers and sellers transact through us. This transaction leads to a multitude of other related transactions, for which many would love to continue their successful relationship, with us. If only we offered help and advice. We are the local property experts, after all.
We can provide much more than just basic transaction services, with very little extra effort, using modern methods of distribution.
Technologically driven but with “on the ground/in the community” services, which we the local property professional provides.
